Sister Cities – Tepoztlan and Sedona

At sunset, the sun turns the hills around Tepoztlan a copper color. This effect is, in fact, incorporated into the town’s name. Sedona has the same feature, perhaps a bit grander in scale. Appropriately, a friend of ours, Jeffrey Peters, has proposed to the City of Sedona that we become Sister Cities. This would involve cultural exchanges and other cooperative ventures – perhaps to highlight tourism, here in Tepotzlan.

First, I was surprised to learn that you had a back injury that sounds difficult. i do swear by the swimming as being my great elixir of youth and life. It was our motive for bying in Acapulco tradicional where we have so many great swimming options. Research shows that swimming lengthens the spinal chord and adjusts posture while exercisiing all muscle groups.

About Sedona, I was there for an overnight, but it turned me off for being so touristic and commercialized. It seemed to be all about condominium development. Never did feel the vortex of energy, if it is still there. However, if they want to do cultural exchanges I might be all for it. Are there any other options for a sister city?
